Dosto aaj is post me mai apko dhrumrapan chhodne ke kuchh upay btataunga. Ham sabhi jante hai ki dhumrapan sehat ke liye achha nahi hai. Dhumrapan karne se kai tarah ke bimari hote haai. Dhumrapan karne se cancer aur saans ki bimari hoti hai, iske alawa aur kai se nuskan hote hai hamre sharir me.
