Orange Juice piye daily
Oranges me Vitamin C hota hai jo skin ke liye bahut hi effective hota hai. Orange bleaching ka kaam karti hai, isliye roj orange juice pine se humari skin fair bhi hoti hai aur glow bhi karti hai. Orange juice humari skin ko andar se vitamin C pradan karta hai, jisse humari skin ki andruni skin layer fair hoti hai aur result outer skin layer par bhi dikhai deta hai. Jiska seedha sa matlab hai ki rang gora hone lagta hai.
2 tablespoon orange juice aur 1 pinch (chutki) turmeric (haldi) ko ache se mix kare, is mixture ko raat me sone se pehle apne face, gardan (neck) aur haathon (hands) par lagaye. 20- 30 min baad ise wash kar le. Aap ise roj kar sakte hai.
Orange juice hi nhi balki iske peel (orange ke chilke) se bhi face pack banta hai jo skin ke liye bahut effective hai. Orange peels ko grind kar le. Phir 1 teaspoon orange peel powder aur 1 teaspoon yogurt ( Dahi) ko mix kare. Isse aap apne face and neck par 10-15 min tak lagaye aur phir wash kar le. Ise aap week me maximum 3 bar kr sakte hai lekin jayda nhi. Isse aapke face ke marks light pad jayenge aur skin ko even tone milegi.
Dahi aam taur par har ghar me use hoti hi hai. Dahi me bahut hi nutrients hote hai jo health aur skin dono ke liye bahut faydemand sabit hote hai. Dahi ko mostly log breakfast me lete hai. Yogurt is very good for oily skin. Yogurt ka use aap apni skin ke liye bhi kar sakte hai.
Firstly, sabse simple tarika hai, nahane se 10 min pehle app plain dahi ko aapne face, neck, hand, legs par ache se laga le, fir naha le. Ye aap daily basis par kar sakte hai.
Secondly, half tablespoon honey aur 1 tablespoon yogurt ko mix karke apne face and neck par laga le. Wash it off after 10-15 min. Isse daily kare.
Thirdly, Kahi bhi party me jaane se pahle aap yogurt me 1 pinch turmeric (haldi) ko mix karke laga le aur 10 min baad normal pani se face wash kar le. Make sure ki aap haldi jayda na daal le nhi to face yellow lagne lag jayega.
Honey (Sahad)
Honey ek moisturing agent hai. Uneven skintone problem ke liye to jaise ye sanjeevani buti hai. Honey ki ek khaas baat ye hai ki ye har skin ko suit karta hai but iska thoda tarika alag hai apply karne ka.
Dry Skin – Apply honey to your face and then wash it off with lukewarm water  Aisa karne se humari skin ke dead cells remove hote hai aur face me chamak aa jati hai.
Oily Skin – 1 tablespoon honey aur 2-3 drops of lemon, mix kare. Apply the mixture to your face and neck, 10 min baad wash kar le. Do this twice a week.
Honey se face mask banane ke liye, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon lemon, 1 teaspoon powered milk and half teaspoon almond oil mix kare. 10- 15 min tak face and neck pe ache se apply kar le phir wash it off with cold water. You can do this on daily basis.
Papaya
Papaya skin ke liye bahut famous hai aur isiliye papaya skin products me bhi use hota hai. Aur itna hi nhi papaya is also used in facials. Papaya khane aur papaya ke face pack lagane se to bas jaise face me jaan si aa jati hai. Papaya ko hum different ways me use kar sakte hai
