Aapni pachan(पाचन) kirya kaise shi rakhe

aapni pachan पाचन kirya kaise kare.
●  is duniya mein her koi khane ke bhut jyada sokhin hote hai.usci khane ko kane ke bad vo dairect so jate hai.jisse unki health ko bhut nuksan hoti hai.Aap jab bi khana khate hai to aapko pet me jalan hoti hai.ya fir aapko bar bar bathroom  jana padta hai.ye sab aapki pachan kirya shi se nhi hoti hai.isliye hota hai.
   

 ■Rat ke khane ke bad kya kare. ■
●  Aap rat ka dinner kare to aap ko khana khane ke bad minimum 5-10 minit ke liye tehlne jana caiye.isse aapki pachan aapni pachan पाचन kirya ho jati hai.aapne jo bi khana khaya hota hai.uska  aapni pachan पाचन Ho Jata hai.
                  ■ ठङी chij kaye. ■
  ●    Aap jab bi khana kaye to aap ठङी chij jrur khaye.issse bi aapki pachan
पाचन kirya aachi hoti hai.Aap khana kate samaye inka upyog kar sakte hai.jaise छाछ,दही ye aapke body ke liye bhut labdayak hote hai.
      ■ चुणॅ (churan) ka upyog kare. ■
  ● Aapki pachan पाचन kirya ka aacha rakne ke liye aap curan ka uptog kar sakte hai.
                   ■ Yoga kare. ■
●  Aapni पाचन kirya ko bnaye rakne ke liye aap yoga kar sakte hai.yoga ne aap cakhra aachan kare.cakraaachan karne se aapki
पाचन kirya aachi rehti hai.Aap daily 5 minit kar sakte hai.
Note:- aap se jotna ho sakte utna hi kare.jyada karne ki koshis na kare.
            ■ Nimbu shoda
●   Aapni body ki पाचन kirya ko karne mein nimbu shoda ka upyog ye bhut labdayak hota hai.aap nimbu sarbat ka upyog kar sakte hai.Aap inse aapni पाचन kirya ko sudar sakte hai.Aur aap healthy reh sakte hai.
